Belly of the Feast

A yellow and blue moon-shaped bruise on the flesh of Eve,
Living on the fat of the land has made her skinny,
A serpent coils around the apple of her eye,
The tempting aroma is tangy and bittersweet,
A taste of wickedness and sin for all mankind,
It’s hard to swallow down, the belly of the feast.
